This course aims to equip caregivers with the skills to effectively communicate with family members, care workers, and migrant domestic workers to ensure the well-being of senior clients. Participants will learn the importance of positive communication, ways to express needs and feelings constructively, techniques to build relationships with care workers, and strategies to manage emotions during stressful situations.
